I am happy to share that I am going to speak about “Patients’ VoC – measuring Patient Experience & taking action on it” at the 17th Annual Patient Affairs Summit in Berlin Germany (April 2-3 2025).
It is no secret that I personally see patients as pharma customer segment of growing market relevance (and that I even intentionally see patients as “customers”). To consider the increasing influence of patients with treatment decisions and compliance, Roche Pharma is investing into providing better Patient Experience (PX).
In Berlin I am going to speak about opportunities for providing better patient experiences, based on measuring and taking action on it. I will give a snapshot on experiences with a real-life use case of a Patients’ VoC (patient feedback) program in the pharmaceutical industry.
