Podcast episode on CX Council agenda … created by an AI

My goodness! You find me sincerely impressed.

At the recent biannual meeting of a cross-industries “Customer Experience Council“, Thomas Moons by OrangeCoat had share with us how Google’s NotebookNLM is able to create an 8 minutes podcast episode out of our meeting agenda. Just 2-3 clicks and <5 Minutes processing time, based on a weirdly structure and poorly contextualized file (as every agenda document is).

This knocked my socks off!!!

It is really hard to impress me as I have seen so many innovations and had listened to too many false tech promises over the years. But this is real. This has been yet another personal wow!-moment about how AI will “lift the performance of the bottom half performers and increase the speed of the top half performers”, as Thomas was saying. The benefit of AI for providing more efficient and more effective CX (beyond podcasts) in the future is already too evident.
