My esteemed colleague Jörg Corsten and myself recently ran a virtual course on “PXM & the Evolution of Digital Patient engagement” for the eCADEMY of the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) on January 29 2025.
Jörg and I spoke about the current understanding of Patient Experience Management (PXM). And how Roche enables a Digital Patient Engagement Strategy on enterprise level, that aims to drive the evolution of patient engagement in the digital space. Participants benefited from shared real-life experiences inside a big pharma company – including leading a self-organized enterprise-level team.
