Last year I had been presenting the Roche Pharma Voice-of-the-customer program (“customer feedback”) at the Reuters Pharma Barcelona conference. At that time everything I had shared was mostly based on plans and few pilots (only). It had been more a promise than reality at that time.
One year later. After the corporate VoC program has been activated and Roche has deployed to >35 affiliates across all regions … I am looking forward to return to Reuters and give an update on the real-life implementation of VoC in a pharmaceutical company at the . And show some early proof on VoC program’s honor o’s pledge to generate more and better business.
