The patient’s view

“People are commonly viewed as patients in the context of their treatment. But people look at treatment in the context of their life.”

Sue Smith

Patient centricity is about putting yourself in the shoes of people. It is about taking their view and openly listening. About doing what they need, and not what we think that they need or that we want them to need. And it is about us, about our family members and our friends … as we all are likely to be patients at some point in time.
