The yearly reports gives an update on important topics and trends for Customer Experience Management. It is provided by Prof. Dr. Nils Hafner, Luzern University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and Harald Henn, CX expert. CEX Trendradar is based on interviews with international technology, CX und finances experts, university researchers and scientists, public studies, exchange with the authors’ business partners, as well as their own real-life experiences. The authors have prioritised the – from their perspective – most important technologies, methodologies and tools by recent relevance for CXM.
